Giovanna presented her work in the Transit (mini) Festival and Voix Polyphoniques (Brigitte Cirla) proposed her a residency to strengthen the work and present it to an audience. 

“a creative and exploratory process focused on an experimental approach, creating a physical and vocal score that roots in the intertwined connection between body and voice.
The residency will develop material for a future performance that addresses a connection between the female body and the Earth. This work will evoke female figures that, across cultures, preserve the multiplicity of signs that lead back to the Great Mother, reinterpreting them through a contemporary vision, as the Earth, devastated by human activity, rebels and the female body asserts its power in society.”
